We provide a fully compatible 1:1 replacement mechanism for the MRA-G130-105D3 wire-draw unit, engineered for a 6 mm shaft servo flange. This solution supports a measuring range of 0–5 m and offers precise, repeatable performance. With typical reproducibility of ≤ 0.2 mm and a compact design, it seamlessly substitutes the original component while minimizing system redesign.
The replacement mechanism features a lightweight polymer housing, paired with a highly flexible 1.4401 stainless-steel stranded measuring wire. The wire pulls out approximately 385 mm per revolution, making it ideal for long-stroke linear feedback applications. A spring return force ensures the wire reliably retracts, paired with a durable mechanical structure rated for long-term use.
Designed for industrial environments, this replacement supports ambient temperatures from –30 °C to +70 °C and provides consistent performance across a wide working range. Rated at IP50, it is suitable for relatively clean indoor settings.
